Admission Policy (Doctoral Programs)

 Each applicant’s ability and quality are judged comprehensively by interview and grade transcripts.

 For the purpose of becoming researchers, engineers and educators in the field of chemistry, it is necessary that students learn highly specialized knowledge and research methods for chemistry and interdisciplinary fields, and acquire the abilities of problem exploration, self-expression, and communication in order to lead the global community and local societies.

 We produce researchers, engineers and educators with the scholarly, interdisciplinary and execution abilities required to lead their own advanced research on the front line. The Division of Material Chemistry possesses the latest education and research equipment, and many globally active professors, in addition to a special curriculum for advanced chemistry.

Diploma Policy (Doctoral Programs)

 In the Division of Material Chemistry, we produce researchers, engineers and educators with the scholarly, interdisciplinary and execution abilities required to lead their own advanced research on the front line. Doctor’s degrees are awarded to those who have achieved the human resource development goals in our diploma policy, and have passed the final doctor's thesis review.
